FLICK’s Permits Have Been Approved!
We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in FLICK’s journey—our building permits have officially been approved! This is a huge step forward in bringing our vision to life as we prepare to open the doors to our Teaching & Stall Rental Kitchen at 35 Columbus Street in Auburn, NY.
This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting phase of construction and development for our shared-use commercial kitchen space, where we’ll provide essential resources to local farmers, producers, and food entrepreneurs. With these permits in hand, we are ready to transform this space into a community hub for food innovation, collaboration, and education.
What’s Next?
With the permits approved, our team is set to begin the construction process! Work planned includes:
Building out the Teaching & Stall Rental Kitchen that will provide affordable rental kitchens to support local food businesses and startups.
Repairing the existing walk-in cooler & freezer to offer more storage solutions for local farmers and food producers.
