Curried Broccoli Wraps

Enjoy a fusion of flavors with our Curried Romanesco Salad, served with naan. This dish combines the unique taste of Romanesco with a fragrant curry dressing for a truly exotic experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 Rumali roti

  • 3 CUPS Broccoli florets, roasted & chilled

  • 3 CUPS Red lentils, cooked & chilled

  • 1 CUP Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 TBSP Black garlic, minced

  • 1 TBSP Garam masala

  • 1 TSP Ginger, minced

  • 1 TSP Curry powder

  • 1 TSP Mustard powder

  • 1/4 CUP Olive oil

  • 2 TBSP Red wine vinegar

  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the garlic, garam masala, ginger, curry powder, mustard powder, olive oil and vinegar. Whisk to create an aromatic dressing.

  2. Add the romanesco, lentils, & cherry tomaoto halves to the mixing bowl with the aromatic dressing and fold together with a rubber spatula.

  3. Place the rumali roti on a a clean cutting board and portion the romanesco salad evenly in the center. Fold in the side and roll into a tight wrap

  4. Repeat step #3 with the remaining pieces of rumali roti.

  5. Serve immediately & enjoy!
